Within a couple of weeks, my fitness level improved and I felt much better. I lowered my body mass index and have a healthy weight. Now I work out 4 days per week and focus on healthy eating (not perfect). I think it should be called the slim down challenge or the get fit challenge.

I stopped eating processed foods and went to the gym for 30 minutes a day. I feel so much better with the pounds lost.
Now my long term strategy is to workout out 4 times a week and have a meal plan.
